During the execution of work it is the sole responsibility of the Contractor/ Agency to comply<br />
all the obligations of Labour Act; EPF, ESI etc and the amendments in it from time to time which<br />
ever / where ever is applicable, and the Law of Land.<br />
The required work of "<strong>BSNL</strong> <strong>SERVICES</strong>” will be started within 7 day's after placing the order.<br />
The rate quoted should be valid for minimum one year from the date of formal acceptance of the tender.<br />
The DGMM <strong>WTR</strong>, Jabalpur reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders at his discretion<br />
without assigning any reason.<br />
