2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDER
• Tenderer is required to submit his offer in sealed cover giving reference to this tender notice No., date and
name of the work on the envelope.
• Offer should be complete with full scope of work as per schedule and acceptance of
NIT Conditions.
• Intending tenderers are advised to inspect the vehicle at our site before quoting the
rate.
• Rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, duties, etc ; on the date of submission of
the tender .
• The offer submitted should be clear and legible.
• Firm registration certificate, copy of PAN card, VAT/TIN Number if applicable, work
order copies of similar nature of job and service tax registration certificate for
authorized service center if applicable etc to be submitted with offer..
• All documents / credentials submitted along with this tender are genuine, authentic,
true and valid and self attested.

• Evaluation of offer on the total lowest value offer ( Evaluation of each job separately)
• Guarantee : 6 months from the date of execution of work.
• Payment term: 100 % payment will be made within 30 days from the date of
execution , submission of pre-receipted bill and acceptance thereon through
Electronic Transfer Fund.
