Case #34 – Reported to NPDB 09/15/2011Complainant: WV <strong>Board</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Speech</strong> and AudiologyNature <strong>of</strong> complaint: Supervision and co-signing <strong>of</strong> unlicensed provisional (CFY)services providedName: Marianne LeDonne, SLP-0157The <strong>Board</strong> found Ms. LeDonne to be in violation <strong>of</strong> several articles <strong>of</strong> WV Codeand WV Code Rules, i.e., 1)aiding and abetting unlicensed practice, 2)fraud anddeceit, 3)dishonorable, immoral or unpr<strong>of</strong>essional conduct, 4)”engage in anyscheme or artifice to defraud in connection with obtaining payment orreimbursement for services.” 5)dishonesty, fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, orany form <strong>of</strong> conduct that adversely reflects on the pr<strong>of</strong>ession.Ms. LeDonne co-signed documents for evaluations, treatments, etc. provided byan unlicensed provisional <strong>Speech</strong>-<strong>Language</strong> Pathologist.Ms. LeDonne is in violation <strong>of</strong> the WV Code§§30-32-17 (b)(4).
