Developing these arts and increasing the young artisans’ innovative predispositionthrough competitive programs andd incentives for variation and creativity, and thusachieving renewable handicrafts industries. Defining a practical policy to ensure innovation spirit in the crafts sector and coming upwith a clear plan of action to revivee this field, as it constitutes a support in the cultural,economic andtouristic areas in the countries ofthe world.
