ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMDegree of significance and correctness of voluntary taking up obligations of traditional environmentalpolluters found its expression in 2001 in significant growth of introduced and certified systems ofEnvironmental management system under ISO 14001 standard. In 2001, the certificate was awardedto other thirty-two organisations in Slovakia. The certificate was awarded following a successful auditfor the functional EMS, mostly by international certifying organisations.
