Outputs are referenced asFPWM_0, FPWM_1 and FPWM_2. All three outputs share the same PWM generation module in <strong>SUB</strong>-<strong>20</strong> andhave the same PWM frequency but separate duty cycle configuration.Fast PWM frequency range is 8Mhz .. 0.238Hz.
