Plus 2 tsps. cider or red wine vinegar1 1/2 tsps ground mustard1 1/2 tsps poppy seeds3 green onions, sliced3 large bananas, cut into 1/2 inch slices1/4 cup chopped onion2 Tbls. plus 2 tsps sugar1/2 tsp salt8 cups torn fresh spinach2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced1/2 cup slivered almonds, toastedPlace the first six ingredients in a blender or food processor;cover and process until the sugar is dissolved. Add thepoppy seeds; process just until blended. In a salad bowlcombine the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with dressing;toss to coat. Serve immediately. Yield 14 servings.ITALlAN CHEDDAR BAKE"FRUIT SMOOTHIE" N O~BAKECHEESECAKE1 & 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted2 Tbsp. sugar4 pkgs (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, (1/2 less fat than Cream Cheese)1/ cup sugar1 pkg. (12 oz.) mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries,blueberries, and blackberries), thawed and drained1 tub Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, thawed, dividedLine a 13x9 inch baking pan with foil, with ends <strong>of</strong> foilextending over sides <strong>of</strong> pan. Mix graham crumbs, utterand 2 tbsp. sugar; press firmly onto bottom <strong>of</strong> preparedpan. Refrigerate while preparing filling. Beat NeufchatelCheese and 1/2 cup sugar in a large bowl with electricmixer on medium speed until well blended. Smash berr,ieswith a fork; stir into cheese mixture. Gently stir in 2 cups<strong>of</strong> the whipped topping. Spoon over crust. C over.Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Use foil handles toremove cheesecake from pan before cutting into servingpeices. Top with remaining1 pkg. (14oz.) Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style stewed tomatoes1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 lb. lean ground beef1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves(or dried basil leaves)Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare Dinner as directedon package. Meanwhile, brown meat in large nonstickskillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add tomatoes andoregano; mix well. Bring to a boil.
