Strip sheath 20mm.2. Feed rubber boot (or shrink sleeve), nut and outer ferrule over cable.3. Comb inner ferrule onto braid over sheath.4. Slide inner ferrule onto braid over sheath.Rubber boot orshrink sleeveOuter ferruleNote: do not allow ferrule to slide off braid onto sheath.5. Strip cores, tin, fit support sleeves, solder cores to connector.6. Position support sleeves over soldered joints.7. Slide inner ferrule off braid onto cores, adjacent outer sheath.8. Comb braid neatly over inner ferrule.9. Slide outer ferrule over inner ferrule and braid, closing ferruleflanges together.10. Trim off excess braid close to flange11. Position spacer over cores.12. Secure ferrule and spacer to connector with nut, locking threadswith liquid thread locking compound if required.13A. (Rubber boot). With aid of a suitable lubricant, slide boot intoposition over ferrules and nut.13B. (Shrink sleeve). Position shrink sleeve over ferrules.Shrink to ferrules and cable with a hot air gun.13ANutInner ferrule13BSpacerWire strippingStrip insulation 3,0mm to 4mm from end of wires toexpose conductor.
