<strong>Spring</strong> Break Camps<br />
<strong>Spring</strong> Break Camp with Science Matters<br />
Ages 5-12<br />
Science Matters in Colorado offers an exciting and educational program for children five through twelve years of age<br />
at the <strong>Boulder</strong> <strong>JCC</strong>!<br />
Investigate the wonders of the ocean and marine biology while examining different types of ocean life—like sharks and<br />
squid- and experimenting with blubber and kelp! Students will explore the layering of water and salinity, the types of living<br />
things that thrive in the world’s oceans, and learn about sonar and submarines. We’ll even investigate the evidence that<br />
Colorado was once covered by a HUGE ocean, and you’ll uncover the clues why this was true! We get to look inside/<br />
outside a shark in this 4 day WONDER CAMP. We’ll be swimming deep into the wild wonders of the deep blue seas!<br />

SuMMeR Lego CaMPS!<br />
For those who’d like to stay at the <strong>JCC</strong> for the day and attend camp<br />
in the morning and afternoon, we’re happy to offer a supervised lunch<br />
break program. Bring your lunch and hang out on the playground and/<br />
or in the gym. Lunch break program is free of charge with registration<br />
for both a morning and afternoon camp.<br />
Pre-engineering with Lego<br />
Ages 5-7<br />
Let your imagination run wild with over 100,000 pieces of LEGO ® !<br />
Build engineer designed projects such as boats, bridges, mazes,<br />
and motorized cars. Explore the endless creative possibilities of the<br />
LEGO ® building system with the guidance of an experienced<br />
Play-Well instructor.<br />

Jedi engineering<br />
Ages 5-7<br />
Young Jedi will explore worlds far, far away<br />
and engineering principles right in front of them.<br />
Defeat the Empire by designing and refining X-Wings,<br />
R2-units, and settlements on far-flung edges of the<br />
galaxy. Imagination and engineering combine to create<br />
motorized and architectural projects such as energy<br />
catapults, shield generators and defense turrets. A new<br />
offering of original designs for young Jedi from Play-Well<br />
TEKnologies<br />
