LATE OFXERS6.1 Any Offer received by BTCL after the deadline for submission of offers prescribed by BTCLshall be rejected and retumed unopened to the bidder.7, CLARIFICATION OF' OX'F'ERS7.1 The evaluation committee ofBTCL may ask the bidder for the clarification of its offer.7.2 The request for the clarification and the response may be in writing and /or via email.8. YALIDITY OF OFFER8.1 Price offer must remain valid for 180 (One hundred and eighty) days after the date of bidopening prescribed by BTCL. A bid validity for a shorter period than the specified period shall beconsidered as'Non-responsive"..9, CLARIFICATIONS AIID AMENDMENT OF DOCT'MENTS9.1 A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the Offer Document may notifu such queriesto BTCL, in writing, , at the mailing address/FAX indicated in the invitation of Offer. The biddershall also send one copy of query to the email address mentioned in the invitation ofOffer.9.2 At any time prior to the deadline for submission of Offers, BTCL may, for any reason, whetlerat its own initiative or in resp6nse to a clarification requested by a prospective Bidder, amend/modi$/ the Offer Document by amendment." - g Bidders can participate in any number of lots. Initially BTCL may procure any number of IPbandwidth from any lot, but in fuiure BTCL may procure the rest capacity at the same price withinthe price validity period.
