11.3 In case the bidder is not a member of sEA-ME-WE4 Consortium, any document that cansupport the fact that it has arrangements/ agreements with the cLS owner for termination andbackhaul of international bandwidth'11.4 Copy(ies) of the service Lever Agreement (sLA) and any other agreement/document, tobe signed by both BTCL and the succeisful bidder, .ontuining at least the requirementstated inthis document. BTCL shall not sign any other docum entlagieement later on (except technicalinformation sheet), if those are no1 submitted by the successful bidder in his offer earlier'11.5 Filled up forms given in Annexure to provide concise technical/other relevant information toBTCL for easy evaluation and selection of the provider.I 1.6 A copy of network diagram showing interconnect points, backup links, details of peeringwith Internet Exchanges and other ISps in ihe country orine offered cls and in other countriesshould be provided. Details about Diversity and Redundancy in the Internet Bandwidth should beprovided for evaluation purposes and shall form part of the agreement'12. RESPONSILITIES OF BTCL AND THE BIDDER12.1 BTCL's ResPonsibilitYtz.LJ Depending on the conditions described in the offer of successful bidder, BTGL will arrangesMw4 capacity either on JAC or wAC basis from cox's Bazar cable Landing Station (cLS)towards off.t.O the cable landing station offered by the Bidder'lz.l.zDomestic backhaul from cox's Bazar cLS to Data center at Moghbazat, Dhaka will beprovided by BTCL12.2 Bidder' s ResPonsibitityLz.z.l The successful bidder shall arrange for the cross connection at their offered sMw4 landingstation between sMw4 capacity and backhaul from the SMw 4 cable landing station up to theoffered IP PoP..lz.z.zrest & commission the ordered capacity on their Router IP port to provide IP transit serviceto Tier-l Internet backbones complying *ith aiplicable international standards.13. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS13.1 The bidder must provide as much information as possible about the existing IP connectivity inhis offered Ip node with the global network of ,.no*n.d Internet Service Provider(s), type ofconnectivity (peer or transit) and bandwidth capacity etc'13.2 The bidder must provide a detailed list of PoPs at other regional and internationallocations.
