-\P-15.2 The bidder shall provide ur..r, to web-based tools, which will allow graphical monitoring ofthe ports from the bidder's end for packet drops, effors, bandwidth utilization, circuit availabilityetc. Details of such tools should be provided inthe bid. The bidder shall also provide looking glassfacility within the quoted price.15.3 The bidder is requiredto provide comprehensive service support on24 hours X 7 days basisfr"* the date of commencement of servic.J for the entire agreement period without any additionalfees and charges.lS.4 The bidder shall allow remote Black holing of malicious IP addresses through BGPannouncements.15.5 On demand from BTCL, the successful bidder shall block access of undesirable web siteswhich are of defamatory, offensive, or abusive or of obscene, nuisance, hoax, threatening, ormenacing character. The service provider shall block access to websites providing IP TelephonyServices.15.6 The successful bidder shallhave a reliable and efficient Intrusion detection and Mitigationsystem to block DoS and DDoS attack over the offered link. The details of the setup need to beprovided.15.7 The successful bidder shall support IPv6 and 4-Byte ASN implementation, when required byBTCL in addition to IPv4 and}-Byte ASN support.15.8 NOC support, Fault reporting and Maintenance15.8.1 The service provider shall submit Network Operation Center (NOC) fault reportingprocedures, format of trouble ticket and its generation mechanism. The service provider shall alsosubmit a separate sheet summarizingcontact Telephone numbers (to be accessed from Bangladesh),Facsimile, email addresses etc. at different levels/points to report fault or to seek any supportservice along with escalation hierarchy in terms of number of hours.15.8.2 The successful service provider shall caffy out any schedule maintenance in its network,which affects BTCL's traffic between 0200 anO tigOO, Hrs window of Bangladesh Standard Time(BST) and must notiff before at least 3 (three) Bangladesh working days (Sunday to Thursday) inadvance. Otherwise, schedule maintenance carried out outside the above-mentioned time frameshall be taken into calculations while arriving at service availability figures.15.8.3 All Scheduled testing requirementshall be notified at least 7 days prior to the testing. Testplans shall be provided at least seven business days prior to the test.15.9 The service provider would provide mechanism, to BTCL, to measure and monitor the SLA asmentioned above.Page 8 of 20il0
