All arrangementsfor sleeping rooms should be made through the reservation desk at the appropriate hotelbefore the designated reservation cut-off date. All room blocks are limited and on a firstcome, first serve basis.* The hotel sales contact should be contacted directly only if coordinators or conferencerepresentatives wish to schedule meeting(s) prior to or after the NCAA clinic.
