Present: Ldeard D. aredon, Thoodere S. Dickerson, John J. }use, Seloctmen<br />
from Town of :ill; :Leroy R. Sanders, Cuporintendent of Concord<br />
Water Works; Jr. Corey and Er. Roach representing the <strong>Army</strong> anginoers;<br />
hr. juteucl"edloworth, consulting uneinoor of Boston,<br />
Lass., for t.e Arey .:ngioeers; Herbert C. Verson from the &tate<br />
• Planning and Development Comuiesion. Also present was Oscar<br />
aadleigh, Cuperintendeet of Hill 'aster Works.<br />
The following is a not of the highlighta of the discussion:<br />
ht. Corey: Introduced Er. Samuel alsworth, consulting enc1neer from Boston<br />
who had boon retained by the <strong>Army</strong> 'Lngincors for tho purpone of advising<br />
thole as to the cost, etc., of the present system and the probable replacolent<br />
of a n,Air systerL.<br />
Et. Corer': Inquired if the town had a deed to the riLht-of-way and the dam.<br />
Zr. .•den: Replied that the town had a deed for the pipe lines which was<br />
recorded in Eerrimuck county 492, page 597, and the deed was conveyed<br />
ray 24, 1928.<br />
Ir. Corey: Askod if it would be logical for the <strong>Army</strong> Engineers to assume that<br />
the title for the richt-of-way was in order.<br />
rt. Ilaae: ateted that there was no quostion az to the title au it Was drawn up<br />
by Jr. Robtrt Upton and Yr. Alexander Larchle of Concord.<br />
Zr. Corey: Inquired if the town bud adequate rieots across the property as<br />
thoy found mention of thas in various deeds.<br />

to the possibility of a wator oyster..<br />
