Her newcondo at Capri South Beach is gorgeous inside and out, with impeccabledesign that shadows her own personality and the comforts of the beach-vibeMiami is known for.Four years of living at the Setai in South Beach, Joelsson came to realize hersudden need for a larger space to accommodate her social lifestyle. “I hadlived directly on the beach for over 10 years the last 4 years at the Setai,” shesaid. “Although a fantastic living with all hotel amenities the unit I had was gettingtoo small and I felt I missed entertaining and having people over.”Joelsson is now located along the bay in the Capri South BeachCondominiums. Her unit sits directly along the bay, where she has an impeccableview of downtown showcasing the Miami skyline perfectly. There is alsoa boat dock right out in front that is located immediately on the bay. With a unitthis breathtaking on the outside, the team knew it needed to share the similarambiance on the inside.The building is by no means a massive sky scraper.
