Chad’s responsibilities include providingROV operations instruction for simulator training and Schilling ROV technology courses. He is also completing the developmentof the TL101 Basic Tooling course to be delivered October 3rd.Competence Assurance – Joining me in the L&D9DI assessor training program is Brad Malcolm. Upon completion, Bradand I will begin implementing the Competence Assurance Program (CAP). I will soon deliver the MG202 Assessor Training andWorkplace Mentoring class, step one for becoming a workplace assessor. For more details on the skills to be assessed, please see thetraining section on the C-Innovation website.Maritime Museum – C-I would like to extend a big thank you to everyonewho was involved in making the Maritime Museum field trip to our facility afun and informative day. The “Aquatic Robotics” summer camp was held inthree different oneweeksessions. Thekids spent the weekconstructing theirown ROV kits, whichthey were able to testin the local YMCA pool on the last day of the camp.
