Dear Friends of John Carroll High School,Thank you for taking the time to read the 2007-2008 John Carroll High SchoolAnnual Giving Campaign brochure. It is because of our generous benefactorsthat we are able to build upon the successes of the past and work togethertoward a bright future for our school. This report will highlight the generosity ofour supporters from last year’s campaign as well as provide options for makinga gift for this school year.The John Carroll Administrative Team:Jim Clark (Director of Guidance),Ben Hopper (Principal),Linda Easom (Assistant Principal), andRev. Thomas E. Barrett (President).We would like to begin by expressingour sincere gratitude to the donors whocontinue to support John Carrollfinancially. Due to the success of thiscampaign, we are able to provide for theever-changing educational andtechnological needs that give ourstudents a wholistic educationalexperience and a competitive edge.The entire faculty, staff, andadministration are working togetherwith our alumni and friends to secure abrighter future for our students as we continue to stand firm in promoting theschool’s mission of being “committed to the spiritual, academic, physical, andemotional growth of our student body.”JCHS students continue to learn about thelove of God, His Son Jesus, and thecontinuing presence of the Spirit in religionclasses, Alpha retreats, and prayer services.They have excellent learning opportunitiesthrough advanced placement, dualenrollment, and honors classes. A widevariety of extracurricular and communityservice opportunities are also available.JCHS students truly are well-rounded andwell-prepared when they graduate.Jeff Eubank and Rebecca Schoonovervoted 2007 Most Athletic.Nearly every John Carroll graduate (98%)attends college following graduation, with more than half attaining the BrightFutures Scholarship. There are no better ambassadors for our school thanour students! If one looks at the accomplishments of our current students andthe achievements of our graduates, the importance of fostering the JCHStradition cannot be overstated.
