Thiscompany’s production includes components for amethanol plant in Central Africa, an ammonia/ureaplant in Egypt, petrochemical heaters for Pakistan anda fertiliser complex in Venezuela.For the methanol plant, Sirz has built 40 moduleheaters for ethylene. Each heater has 21 catalyst pipes inInconel 600. The pipes are produced by centrifugationand are welded to an Inconel 800HT manifold at oneend and a P11 manifold at the other end.
