Printed resources which may beparticularly helpful include related documents in this series of documents,including the TMC Concept of Operations Cross Cutting Study (federaldocument number FHWA-JPO-99-020, EDL number 10923), and the 8 TMCCase Studies (federal document numbers FHWA-OP-99-003 through FHWA-OP-99-010, EDL numbers 10943, 11063, 10944, 10963, 10983, 11103, 11123, and11124). This Implementation Guide is available as EDL number 11494. A thirdquite useful document is the National ITS Systems Architecture, and particularlythe Theory of Operations within it. The National ITS Architecture is available atweb site http://www.odetics.com/itsarch.TrainingThere are presently no training programs directly oriented to the preparation ofa concept of operations for a TMC.
