Photo courtesy of Tom Baker Photography.Alumni Basketball Weekend 2012Team 2005 – comprised, understandably, primarily of members of the Class of 2005 - captured the annual Badin Alumni BasketballTournament in the Pfirman Family Activity Center April 20-21. Team 2005 knocked off Team Van Natta, 77-70, in the championship game ofthe eight-team event. Three girls’ teams also participated again in 2012, with Team Retired Rams winning a shootout after each team went1-1. The Steves - Steve Connaughton ‘86 and Steve Wolterman ’87 - did their usual capable job of overseeing the event, with able assistancefrom Nick Argentati ‘96. Wolterman announced his retirement from the event after an unfortunate Achilles tendon injury – but he’s said thatbefore, so you never know if he will make a miraculous return in 2013!
