At the request of the majority ofour clients we do not allow smoking onany form of transport used for ourescorted group tours. Stops are regularlymade where you will be able to smoke.For smokers travelling on a tailor-madetour we request that you check withyour driver or guide whether smoking ispermitted in the vehicle.Health and safety standardsEach country has its own regulations andenforcement levels relating to health andsafety standards. These do not alwaysmatch the very high standards we areused to in the UK. We thereforerecommend that you follow a fewprecautionary safety procedures. Alwayscheck where the nearest fire exit is andhow to raise the fire alarm. Do not entera swimming pool before checking thewater depth first. Toclarify, on a direct flight no change ofaircraft is scheduled but touchdowns willbe made en route either to refuel or toboard or disembark passengers. On nonstopflights no change of aircraft isrequired and no stops are made enroute. Virtually all of the flights that weuse are direct and many are non-stop.Exact details will be given with youritinerary.Premium Economy, Business andFirst ClassIf you require business or first class flightsthese can be arranged on most airlines atvery competitive rates. Premiumeconomy can be arranged on certainairlines, please call us for details.Specific seat requestsWe will do all we can to try to reserve aspecific seat for you, if you have apreference. However, whilst airlines mayallow us to request seats, they will notguarantee any specific seat reservation. Ifthis is important to you, it is always bestto arrive for your flight early, regardlessof having made this request in advance.Please make it clear on your bookingform if you have a specific request.Flight amendmentsWe generally use special ‘inclusive tour’fares when we purchase your air ticketsfrom the airlines.
