A ‘double’ is recognisedas meaning a room with a double bed,this may be two single beds pushedtogether. A ‘twin’ is a room with twosingle beds. Please note that all roomsare allocated at the discretion of thehotel and cannot be guaranteed.Single roomsSingle rooms tend to be smaller thandouble or twin rooms, however, manyhotels do not have single rooms, in whichcase you will be allocated a twin ordouble room.Special dietary requirementsSpecial diets should be requested on thebooking form, however, it is unrealisticto expect special diets to be catered forin some of the destinations we feature.We will advise the hotels and airlines ofyour request but we cannot guaranteetheir availability.Brochure and itinerary accuracyWe thoroughly check all the informationthat is included within our brochures andindividual tour itineraries, however,changes do occur and errors areoccasionally made. They listen totheir customers and always welcomesuggestions for improving standards.Monitoring standardsAITO endeavours to monitor qualitystandards regularly. All customers shouldreceive a post-holiday questionnaire theresults of which are scrutinised by theAssociation.Responsible tourismAll members acknowledge theimportance of AITO’s ResponsibleTourism guidelines, which recognise thesocial, economic and environmentalresponsibilities of tour operating.
