If the Parties are unable to resolve the disputes after exhausting the above procedures, either Party may pursue any appropriate remedies. Pending resolution of any disputes pursuant to this article, the Parties agree that performance of all other obligations shall be pursued diligently in accordance with the Agreement unless the Agreement is terminated pursuant to this Section 7. 14
