The company was renamed from Calvados Transports et Services to Keolis Calvados c2006. We shall continue
to use the Bus Verts name, which is carried by most of the fleet, apart from a small number of coaches. At the
insistence of the département, these carry a separate identity (Calvados Voyages) as this is a purely commercial
operation and not one supported by the département.
111 is on hire, and was being used 8/09 to promote new demand-responsive services that will be worked by
Renault Master 9092-7.
The fleet at 1/9/09 consisted of 111, 522, 722, 1700/1, 2701-9, 2811-20/88, 2941-50, 3200-9, 3701/2, 4200-5,
4300-13, 4400-16, 4520-36, 4640-54, 6666, 7057/8/60/1/4-8/71/2, 7160-2/5-7/9/71/2, 7207/9/11/2/6/8/9/21-3,
7337-9/41/3/6-9/52-5, 7406/7/9/10/2/3/5/7, 7643-50, 7747-9/52-9, 7866/7/9/70/3/7/81/2, 7901/3/4/7-10/2/5, 8000,
8443/86, 8508, 8700, 8888, 9093-8, 9494, 9519, 9697, 9843/68, 9910, 019019 which are shown on a Bus Verts
list, plus 555 ZH 14 which was present at Mondeville 29/8/09 (as a mobile exhibition vehicle) but is not shown on
the list, and the coach fleet. It also shows five of the six vehicles that were transferred to CTAC/Twisto in 2004
(S53RX 2877 and Tracer 7637, 7408, 7340 and 7911). These carry Twisto numbers 282-6 and are in Twisto
livery, but return to Mondeville for maintenance. Of the coaches, 5266/70/85/6/90, 5565, 5987/8 were recorded
at Mondeville 29/8/09 and 5794 has been seen since, but 5919 (FR1) and 6548 (Ka S208) have not been
reported since 2004 so may no longer be owned.
Newer vehicles are also allocated five- or six-digit numbers in the Keolis group numbering scheme, where the first
two digits indicate the year of manufacture/first use. Those advised are 053026-42 (4520-36), 063077-91
(4640-54), 72007 (522), 080134 (111), 083003-13 (2701-9, 3701/2), 083306-15 (2811-20), 83350 (2888),
087001/2 (1700/1), 093214-22 (2941/3/2/4-9), 937002 (772).
