The unmissable ‘Les Journées des Plantes’ is an event that is held biannually in the grounds of the historic<br />
Château Domaine de Courson. This superb location adds to the overall atmosphere as you stroll through the<br />
beautiful grounds of the château. Whilst regarded as France’s version of Chelsea Flower Show, the two should<br />
not really be compared. Courson provides a smaller, more intimate environment. Monet’s Garden has an array<br />
of wonderful, lovingly restored fl ower gardens. Admire the vibrant fl ora, fauna and Japanese lily gardens that<br />
inspired much of this great impressionist’s fi nest work.<br />

the main squares in Brussels. Performances take place on the outdoor stages of the Grand Place, the<br />
Sablon Square, the Sint-Katelijne Square, the Fernand Cocq Square and various clubs, cafés and hotels<br />
giving you a taste of jazz, latino, funk, rock and blues for free. The reputation and high quality of Belgian<br />
jazz is undeniable. Whilst you are in Belgium, you’ll have to sample its high quality beer, chocolate and<br />
waffl es. We also include a visit to Bruges on our return journey.<br />
