This program will provide a physicalscreen to identify risk factors in order to help prevent significant shoulder and elbow injuries. Instudies done on baseball players it was found that 90% of <strong>the</strong> players included in <strong>the</strong> study respondedto a stretching program within 1-2 weeks when stretching is performed both before andafter throwing. Participants will learn specific stretching and streng<strong>the</strong>ning exercises which will helpprevent injury along with increase strength to help improve performance.
