Network modules are notsupported on the Cisco 1700 Series Modular Access Router plat<strong>for</strong>ms. The last day to order these network modules <strong>and</strong> VICs is July 31, 2005.Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) until July 31, 2010.Table 1 describes the <strong>end</strong>-<strong>of</strong>-<strong>life</strong> milestones, definitions, <strong>and</strong> dates <strong>for</strong> the <strong>low</strong> <strong>density</strong> voice/fax network modules <strong>and</strong> associated VICs .Table 2 liststhe product numbers affected by this <strong>announcement</strong>.Customers are encouraged to migrate to the Cisco IP Communications Voice/Fax Network Modules (NM-HD-xx) <strong>and</strong> associated VICs. These network modules <strong>and</strong> VICs are supported on Cisco 2800 <strong>and</strong> 3800 Integrated Services Routersstarting with Cisco IOS S<strong>of</strong>tware releases 12.3(8)T4 <strong>and</strong> 12.3(11)T, respectively.
