The Bronx Lighthouse Charter School is a small, high performing, K-12 college preparatory program providing
students of the South Bronx an opportunity for academic success through a rigorous, arts-infused program.
The school uses visual and performing arts to teach research-based curricular programs. Students learn to be
responsible for their own academic, behavioral and life choices through the Responsive Classroom system and
the Lighthouse Academies curriculum. The school features small class sizes, an extended school day and year,
an arts-infused afterschool program and an intensive remedial summer school program.
