No increase in the impairment rating is made for a repeat same levelspinal operation unless the clinical impairment has worsened.5. Exploratory laminotomy is not assessable.B. Non-Surgical Cases1. There is no scheduled award. Assessment is based on the sameprinciples as surgical cases.2.
