Conventional interfaces which are in useworldwide can be used for connections to enginecontrols. Of course we also implement customer-specificsolutions in addition to our standard connectors.In addition to mechanical durability, the quality featuresof our pedals also include redundant design for bothreturn springs and the redundancy principle at the signaloutput on two channels (in accordance with theengine management specification). Pedals – innovativeContinues improvement –next generationNew pedals: 2009 evolution levelWe are targeting our long-standing experience in developmentand applications for a preparation of a newgeneration of standard pedals with a modular design forseries production. The new designs are even moreoptimised for production than before and thus open upeconomic advantages. At the same time we use Hall-Sensors with a further developed design (HS2) for thenew generation pedals, which feature a much simplerdesign and also offer additional technical advantages.This includes an even better electromagnetic compatibility(EMV/EMC). In order to provide our customer withinvestment security, we can also fit the new sensorsfor CAN bus protocols on request.New sensor designThe contactless HS2 sensor has a molded 6-poleconnector (Delphi Packard Metri Pack 150). Startingoptions include analogue single plus idle validationswitch, double analogy as well as the single or doubledigital (PWM).
