No moneyshall be refunded unless application for the refund is made withinone year after the end of the term for which the tuition requestedto be refunded was paid to the college. Inquiries regarding refundpolicy should be directed in writing to the <strong>SUNY</strong> <strong>Orange</strong> BusinessOffice Refund Review Board. Inquiries regarding refund policyshould be directed in writing to the Office of the Vice President ofStudent Services, c/o Tuition Credit Review Committee, <strong>Orange</strong>County Community College, 115 South Street, Middletown, NY10940. Tuition request forms are available at sunyorange.edu or atthe Bursar’s Office.Title IV Federal Refund PolicyTitle IV Federal Financial Aid Students who withdraw or stopattending the college during the first 60% of the semester havetheir financial aid recalculated according to the Higher EducationAmendments of 1998, 34 CFR part 668.22. Some grant recipientsmay owe repayment to both the institution and the Federal governmentas the result of this recalculation.7
