Thesingle family residential neighborhoodsgenerally dominate the study area.The second largest zoning category ismulti-family. Large pockets of multifamilydevelopment are generally locatedoff Scaleybark and Marsh Roads. Pocketsof multi-family development are alsolocated along and just off <strong>Park</strong> Road.The third largest zoning category isbusiness. The business zoning districts(B1 and B2), along with office, aregenerally located along <strong>Park</strong> Road northand south of <strong>Woodlawn</strong> Road. This area,generally located in the southeast portionof the study area, is considered an activitycenter. As is often the case with manyactivity centers, the <strong>Park</strong> Road activitycenter generally consists of a mix ofcommercial, retail, office, personal serviceand multi-family residential uses. Otherzoning districts represented in this activitycenter include UR-2, MUDD, B-D, andNS.
