2010/2011 Major Activities Undertaken<br />
Marine Operations<br />
Infrastructure Upgrades:<br />
• A consultant was engaged to assist in the re-engineering of the fire<br />
fighting systems on seven offshore structures and the Point Ligoure<br />
Tank Farm. This project is approx. 84% completed and funding has<br />
been allocated for the implementation of the recommendations on two<br />
(2) facilities in <strong>2012</strong>.<br />
Joint Ventures<br />
• Exploration well SE-1 was spudded in September 2011 in the East Brighton Block<br />
with operator Sinopec.<br />
• Exploration well, Cribo 1, was drilled in Central Range Block with operator Parex.<br />
• Onshore 3D seismic acquisition in Guayaguayare Block with operator Voyager.<br />
• Joint 3D seismic acquisition over NCMA 2, 3 and 4 Blocks.<br />
• Partners in other JVs include: BG, EOGR, Repsol YPF, BHP Billiton, ENI, NSGP,<br />
Kerr McGee, Elf, Venture, Centrica, SOOGL, Bayfield, Niko, Sonde, Chaoyang<br />
