Major Infrastructural Projects 2011/<strong>2012</strong> Budget • Land – Infrastructure Upgrade (US$16.8MM): Continue the upgrade of infrastructure in order to improve reliability of facilities, ensure safe operations and compliance with regulatory standards (pipelines, roads & bridges, tank farms, mud plant, buildings, etc.) – Produced Water Treatment: Consolidation of discharge points. Commission new water treatment plant - compliance with statutory requirements • Offshore – Electrical Infrastructure (US$7.7MM): E&I upgrades – Structures and Pipelines (US$15.2MM): Strengthening wells, 3-piled landings, Riser repairs, minimal landings, sub-sea pipelines – Other Infrastructure (US$5.3MM): Other structures, compressor upgrades, tank farm facilities, etc. – HSE (US$12.8MM): Conversion of screwed piping, PSM implementation, Platform refurbishment – Reactivation of South West Soldado (US$44.4 MM) – Procurement of new produced water treatment plant (BOOT) 51
