Residence and work permit visa for transnationalsResidence and work permit visa for providing transnational services allows the holder (above 16years of age) to reside in Spain temporarily (for duration of more than 90 days) in order to carryout a lucrative activity, labour or professional, under the category of assistance of transnationalservices to a company which has not been established in a country belonging to the EuropeanUnion or the European Economic Space.These visas can applied for by foreign workers who provide transnational services to a foreigncompany and who depend, via express work relation, on a company which has not beenestablished in a country belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Space, inthe following assumptions:a) When the temporary displacement is produced on direction of the foreign company, asper execution of a contract signed between the company and the company receivingthe assistance of services which has been established or which carries out the activityin Spain, in accordance with the Law 45/1999 of 29 th November, about thedisplacement of the workers under the category of assistance of transnational services.b) When the temporary displacement of the workers indicates movement of the workersfrom the centres established out of Spain to the centres of work within Spain of thesame company or another company of the group of which it is a part.c) When it refers to the temporary displacement of workers who are highly qualified forsupervision or assessment of the services of the companies located in Spain which willbe undertaken abroad.The employer must present the corresponding application for authorization of residence andwork permit within the framework of providing transnational services before the “Delegación oSubdelegación del Gobierno” in the place where the services shall be provided.For duration up to 6 monthsApplication Form: Application for National Visa.The application must be submitted personally by the applicant at the Embassy of Spainin New Delhi or Consulate General of Spain in Mumbai, strictly in accordance with thecurrent place of residence of the applicant. Applications sent by courier or by post arenot entertained.Visa Fee: 4143 INR (Indian rupees Four thousand one hundred forty three only).The fee must be paid via bank draft payable at New Delhi/Mumbai in favor ofEMBASSY OF SPAIN, NEW DELHI or CONSULATE GENERAL OF SPAIN, MUMBAI,in accordance with the place of application. The applicant must write his/her name, dateof birth, and passport number behind the draft. A photocopy of the draft must besubmitted along with the application.Passport of the applicant which should be valid for at least four months at the time ofapplication. Photocopy of all the pages of the previous (if any) and present passportmust be submitted.Original Application form for National Visa duly filled in and signed by the applicant inblue ball point ink. A recent photograph (35-45 mm) of the applicant with whitebackground must be attached in the application form. The application form must becorrectly filled, facilitating all the possible information requested in the form includingpostal address, email address and telephone number.Two photocopies of the application form along with two recent photographs (35-45 mm)of the applicant with white background.

The document, at the timeof submission, must be less than three months old.Police Clearance Certificate issued by the competent authorities of the country. In caseof India, this certificate must be issued by the Regional Passport Office and must bearthe stamp of Apostille of Hague issued by Ministry of External Affairs, India.In case of Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Maldives and Bhutan, the certificate must be issued bythe corresponding competent authorities. This document must further be legalized bythe respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Mission of the country in

New Delhi. The document, at the time of submission, must be less than three monthsold.In case the applicant has resided in any other country during the last five years, aCriminal Record Certificate must be submitted along with the stamp of Apostille ofHague or legalization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Mission ofthe country in New Delhi( which ever be applicable).If the applicant is not a national of India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal or the Maldives, aproof of his/her legal residence in any of these countries (Residence permit).
