2. INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES2.1. CET is the entrance examination for admission to the 3 years postgraduateDNB programme.2.2. The examinations are held as per the schedule of examinations prescribedby the <strong>Board</strong> from time to time.2.3 Applications for admission to the examination should definitely reach <strong>NBE</strong>by the specified date. There is no provision for condoning any kind of delayincluding postal delay.2.4. Statements made by the candidate in the application form shall becertified by the head of the institution/gazetted officer at the appropriateplace and the application shall be supported by the relevant documents.Candidates who are not in service shall get their forms signed by aGazetted <strong>Of</strong>ficer.2.5. Applications of candidates producing false or fabricated records will not beconsidered and candidates may be further debarred from appearing in anyfuture examinations.2.6 Candidates should go through the bulletin carefully for eligibility criteriabefore contacting the <strong>Board</strong>’s <strong>Of</strong>fice. Queries pertaining to eligibilityand other issues will only be entertained if the information requestedis not given in bulletin or on website www.natboard.edu.in2.7. Incomplete applications or applications not in accordance with instructionswill not be considered. The examination fee will not be refunded.2.8. Fee will neither be carried forward to a future date nor refunded underany circumstances. Applications in original along with enclosuresreceived after the due date will not be entertained and will be returnedas such to the sender, Exam fee will also be returned in such cases.2.9 Candidate found to be ineligible at any stage of DNB examination willnot be permitted to appear in the examination. In an unlikely event ofany ineligible candidate appearing and/or being successful in the DNBexamination, the results/candidature of such candidate shall be cancelledand/or are deemed to be cancelled.2.10. Instructions in the information-bulletin are liable to changes based ondecisions taken by the <strong>Board</strong> from time to time.2.11 <strong>NBE</strong> reserves the right to withdraw permission, if any, grantedinadvertently to any candidate who is not eligible to appear in the CET<strong>Examination</strong>s even though the admit card/roll number has been issuedor name/roll number is displayed on the website of the <strong>Board</strong>.Note : Possession/Use of Mobile Phones/Electronic Devices is strictly prohibited in the premises of <strong>NBE</strong> <strong>Examination</strong> Centres.Candidates Shall be liable for penal action for Possession/Use of Mobile Phones/Electronic Devices8
