4.1 ELIGIBILITY:a) Indian Degrees :Candidates who are in possession of Medical degreesfrom Indian Universities registerable as per the provisions of the IndianMedical Council Act 1956 and possess permanent /provisionalregistration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India/StateMedical Council and have completed one year of internship on or beforethe last date of submission of the application form i.e. 30 September’<strong>2011</strong>.b) Foreign Degrees : Candidates who are in possession of Medicaldegrees from Foreign Universities and possess permanent registrationcertificate issued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Counciland have completed one year of internship on or before the last date ofsubmission of the application form i.e. 30 September’ <strong>2011</strong>.c) Candidates who are in possession of a Provisional Registration certificateissued by the Medical Council of India/State Medical Council and arelikely to complete their one year of Internship before the last date ofsubmission of the application form i.e. 30 September’ <strong>2011</strong>. are alsoeligible to apply for the CET December <strong>2011</strong> subject to their submittinga certificate from the Head of the Hospital/Institution that they are likelyto complete their one year of Internship on or before the30 September’ <strong>2011</strong>.d) Provisional Documents: Submission of Internship CompletionCertificate and Certificate of Permanent registration with MCI/SMC isan essential pre-requisite. In case a candidate does not submit either ofthe above two documents with the application form, his/her applicationshall be rejected.Note: Candidates are advised to ensure before submitting their applicationform that they fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria and their application iscomplete in all respects. Applications of those candidates which areincomplete or do not fulfill the eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected.Note : Possession/Use of Mobile Phones/Electronic Devices is strictly prohibited in the premises of <strong>NBE</strong> <strong>Examination</strong> Centres.Candidates Shall be liable for penal action for Possession/Use of Mobile Phones/Electronic Devices18
