4.3 Date of <strong>Examination</strong>CET-<strong>NBE</strong> will be held on 11 th December <strong>2011</strong>.4.4 Qualifying marks of CETA candidate who scores a minimum of 50% as aggregate in both the papersi.e. 180 out of 360, shall be declared as ‘Successful’ marks scored by eachcandidate shall be displayed on the <strong>Board</strong>’s website.4.5 Declaration of CET resultsThe result of the CET December <strong>2011</strong> are likely to be declared within aperiod of 4 weeks from the date of examination. However this period mayvary depending upon the time taken for preparation of results.4.6 Validity of CET resultsThe validity of the result of the CET-December <strong>2011</strong> shall be for the currentsession i.e. for admission to DNB Couse in Jan 2012 session only. Theresult of December <strong>2011</strong> CET shall not be carried forward.4.7 Post Graduate candidatesA candidate in possessions of MD/MS/DNB or a recognized PG Diploma,and desirous to pursue DNB in another Broad specialty can gain admissionto such a DNB course only on passing the CET (Broad Specialty)4.8 Dispatch of ResultsThe result will be sent to the Successful Candidates individually by postand the results can also be seen on website www.natboard.edu.in or at the(Ansari Nagar) office of the <strong>Board</strong>.The certificates of passing are sent to successful candidates by SPEEDPOST only. Under normal circumstances the certificates of passing aredispatched to the candidates within four weeks of declaration of theresult of CET examination, however, due to unforeseen circumstances,this period may vary.4.9 Duplicate Result CardWill only be issued under exceptional circumstances. Candidates will be requiredto submit request covering letter stating reasons, copy of FIR lodged with policeauthorities for loss of certificate, affidavit in support of application (attested bypublic notary/oath commissioner /judicial magistrate), fee of one thousand rupeesby demand draft favoring <strong>National</strong> <strong>Board</strong> of <strong>Examination</strong>s, payable at New Delhi.Note : Possession/Use of Mobile Phones/Electronic Devices is strictly prohibited in the premises of <strong>NBE</strong> <strong>Examination</strong> Centres.Candidates Shall be liable for penal action for Possession/Use of Mobile Phones/Electronic Devices22
