c)- All stations (LOT: 1) will be connected to the PSS by interlock signals (24 volts ordry contacts). The interlock signal threshold shall be programmable both locally and fromthe powerful computer workstation in the control room using pass code.d) - There will be 3 Interlock digital output signals to the PSS:1- Low “adjustable accumulated total dose for different time intervals” Level Alarm.2- High “adjustable accumulated total dose for different time intervals” Level Alarm.3- If for any error/mistake/power cutoff or somebody removes an ion chamber the biddermust offer all needed signals to have the having the possibility to continues or trips theoperation.e) – Reading (total dose) per second must be available through Serial or Ethernet port ofall radiation monitors to be sent to powerful computer station or Epics for safety waitingperiod calculations. See Appendix-5 for information.f) – SESAME asking the bidder to have the possibility through Pass Code from localcontrol unit for each monitor and from the control room via the powerful computer workstation (supplied by SESAME) as well to make sure that all interlock signals are workingproperly including see 4:4.d:i. Electrical powers cut off.ii.Low and High Level Alarm interlock signal for each station by changing Gamma,Neutron and accumulated dose readings.g) - Every station shall be equipped with a connection for remote control. Besidesthrough the local panel, it shall be possible to setup and read every station through theremote link. This includes calibration, alarm and interlock thresholds as well as dataacquisition.4:5 Technical specifications for the analysis program (software application forLOT#1)A- Besides a detailed description of the remote link protocol the scope of LOT:1includes a software application. It shall allow for the remote configuration of thedevices, data acquisition, plotting and storage. Dose rates, integrated, incrementaland average shall be shown in displays and graphs. Calibration, and interlocksconfiguration shall also be possible. It shall be compatible with scientific Linux 5or MS Windows XP/7.B- The successful bidder shall install the software application in the Powerfulcomputer workstation unit and demonstrate its full functionality with the completemovable radiation station network.C- The analysis program shall have the following characteristics:i- Channel configuration documentation.ii- Point information label (minimum 20 characters) for the local measurement sites, set up of units, calibration factor and measurement times.iii- Latest measured values shown in bar diagrams, plot in % of the limit value.iv- Long term average values shown in bar diagrams.v- Incremental values shown in bar diagrams (nanoSv/h) for dose rates and nanoSvfor cumulated doses for gamma, neutron, total dose rate and total accumulated dose.vi- Predefined integrated values shown in bar diagrams, plot in % of the limit value.vi- The time evolution of the radiation dose and integrated dose for a given timerange to get the historical trend.10
