The selection matrix allowed forranking <strong>of</strong> the various options using relevant rating criteria developed from key information, data andinput received from the <strong>City</strong>. The objective was to surface the most viable option to be used as thefoundation for this business case.The Key criteria which reflect pertinent and relevant rewards or risks to the <strong>City</strong> were added to form fivekey criteria sections and associated sub-sections.
