What he said is so very important for our youth.Pope Benedict lamented that the world had largely “forgottenGod” and he beseeched young people to rediscover Him, especiallyby assisting at Sunday Mass and adoring Christ in the Eucharist.“If we allow ourselves through the celebration of theEucharist, to be drawn into the process of transformation that theLord desires for us, then an hour with Jesus in Adoration is thehour in which love triumphs. It is God who has triumphed, because He is Love.”“The Eucharist releases the joy that we need so much and wemust learn to grasp it ever more deeply, we must learn to love it.”“Through the love for the Eucharist you will rediscover theSacrament of Reconciliation, in which the merciful goodness ofGod always allows us to make a fresh start in our lives.”“The Eucharist must become the center of our lives.”Visitation is looking for teens to deepen their love for Godthrough Eucharistic Adoration. Be bold and daring—sign up foryour own hour perhaps after school or on the weekend.“A great joy cannot be kept to oneself. It has to be passed on.”To schedule an hour contact Owen or Gail at 630-573-0033.Page 6
