From June, <strong>Club</strong> <strong>Kilsyth</strong> will offer aselection of <strong>the</strong> premium Penfolds Bin Range by <strong>the</strong>glass for <strong>the</strong> first time. With <strong>the</strong> assistance of a newEnom<strong>at</strong>ic ® system, which dispenses wine directly from<strong>the</strong> bottle using revolutionary inert gas preserv<strong>at</strong>ion.The flavours and characteristics of <strong>the</strong> wine remainintact for more than three weeks, as if <strong>the</strong> bottle hadjust been opened.With portion control technology, Enom<strong>at</strong>ic ® will allow<strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> to cre<strong>at</strong>e a tasting menu to allow our customerssample <strong>the</strong> range.We will be showcasing Penfolds wines and offering asample pl<strong>at</strong>ter of 3 Penfolds wines th<strong>at</strong> can be enjoyedwith <strong>you</strong>r meal. We are currently pouring:Bin 23 Adelaide Hills Pinot NoirBin 8 Shiraz CabernetBin 28 Kalimna ShirazWe are also pouring <strong>the</strong> Bin 389 “Baby Grange” CabernetShiraz available by <strong>the</strong> bottle or glass.Also available in our wine cellar will be <strong>the</strong>Bin 150 Marananga ShirazBin 407 Cabernet SauvignonBin 138 Barossa Valley GMSThe <strong>Club</strong> is also excited to invite our members andguests to an exclusive wine luncheon on May 31 st . TheLuncheon will fe<strong>at</strong>ure a selection of 9 wines from <strong>the</strong>Bin and Ultra-premium Penfolds ranges m<strong>at</strong>ched with 5courses of gourmet dishes prepared by our Chef. Ourspecial guest on <strong>the</strong> day will be Ian Thom, a PenfoldsFine Wine Ambassador, who will take <strong>you</strong> through <strong>the</strong>wines during lunch whilst also providing some insightinto <strong>the</strong> Penfolds winemaking style and philosophy.The highlight of <strong>the</strong> day is <strong>the</strong> chance to sample Australia’spremium red wine - The Grange.
