For more than two decades, the Master of Laws in<br />
International Human Rights Law has been a coopera�<br />
tive venture of the Faculty of Law at Lund University<br />
and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights<br />

joint resources of a prestigious law school and an<br />

rights area. We aim to train your contextual aware�<br />

skills alike. Both the Faculty of Law at Lund University<br />

The Master of Laws in International Human Rights<br />
Law in Lund was one of the first LLM programmes es�<br />
tablished specifically to provide for the academic mas�<br />
��������������������������������������������������������<br />
law of human rights. Three paths are offered, one<br />
leading to a general command of human rights law in<br />
�����������������������������������������������������<br />
two specialisations, combining human rights law with<br />
either intellectual property law or labour rights. All of<br />
the three options will open doors to a broad array of<br />
<strong>international</strong> and domestic careers within the legal<br />
sector.<br />

The programme is a collaboration between the Fac�<br />

In a time when new technology is giving transporta�<br />
tion at sea a competitive advantage over other means<br />
of transport, and with congestion on the roads, the<br />
seagoing trade is seeing a new dawn. It is therefore<br />
important that the legal aspects of maritime activities<br />
closely follow this development. The objective of this<br />
programme is to train students to meet the demand<br />
for lawyers able to understand and assess the growing<br />
market, and with a strong knowledge of the regulatory<br />
framework to support the sustainable development of<br />
global seagoing trade.<br />
On the programme students choose to focus on either<br />
public <strong>international</strong> maritime law or private internation�<br />
al maritime law. The aim of the programme is to show<br />
