Admissions35Application ProcedureLourdes College accepts applications for all semesters on a continuing basis.1. Submit a completed Application for Admission and the one-time, nonrefundableapplication fee to the Office of Admissions, Lourdes College,6832 Convent Blvd., Sylvania, Ohio 43560 or submit online atwww.admissions.lourdes.edu.2. Arrange for the following documents to be sent directly to the Office ofAdmissions:First-Time College ApplicantsDirect from High School ApplicantsOfficial transcripts from an accredited high school submitted to the Office ofAdmissions.Adult students with no previous college experience (Students who are one yearout from high school graduation.) Official transcripts from an accredited highschool submitted to the Office of Admissions.GED RecipientsThe Official GED certificate with scores needs to be submitted to the Office ofAdmissions to copy. The official certificate with scores will be returned to theapplicant.Homeschool ApplicantsHomeschooled students who have completed their high school program, andwho seek admission to Lourdes College, are required to submit a home-generatedtranscript of the courses (with grades) they have completed. Admission to LourdesCollege will be decided on an individual basis, taking into account the high schoolcurriculum pursued and the grades achieved.Transfer ApplicantsOfficial transcripts from all previously attended colleges, regardless of hourscompleted, earned or attempted, and regardless of cumulative G.P.A. Note: studentswith less than 12 college semester hours (18 quarter hours) are required to submitofficial high school transcripts or GED along with official transcripts from allpreviously attended colleges.International ApplicantsSubmit a completed International Admission Application form with one-time, nonrefundableapplication fee.
