I have a BA in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Seville, aswell as a postgraduate qualification in e-learning from the National Distance EducationUniversity (UNED) and a Certificate of Pedagogic Aptitude by the ICE at the University ofSeville. I also write about free and digital culture for Interferencias in the digital Spanish newspaper eldiario.es.Ostrom.TVOstrom.TV is an R&D project that intends to map independentvideo-sharing platforms.Ostrom.TV is an R&D project that intends to mapindependent video sharing platforms based (mainly) inEurope and to foster connections and collaborationsbetween the agents behind these platforms. Thedifferent communities that are already redefining thepublic sphere need an audiovisual archive without theprivate criteria of the big video-sharing companies (likeVimeo, Youtube, etc.) and with a socially-engagedperspective that should include the idea of the digitalcommons as something essential for our culturalheritage.27
