Power of Attorney authorizing the signatory of thebid to commit the bidder.Note:(Specifications of equipment to bedeployed should be written here)1. RFP document, certified copies of undertakings given and certificates attached etc shall be properlypage numbered and indexed. All the documents enclosed with the Technical Bid should be selfattested by the authorized signatory. 2. Technical Bid shall be prepared in accordance with theinstruction contained in Clause 2.1, 2.2 & 2.3 of RFP and shall be submitted alongwith the documentsas laid down in of RFP.2. Bidder will have to submit an affidavit duly notarized that the information, certified copies of thedocuments supplied with the Bid and undertakings given / certificates attached are true and correctto the best of his/their knowledge and belief. If any information is subsequently, even after award ofcontract, is found to be incorrect, the Secretary District E‐Governance Society may forfeit hisPerformance Security and debar him from submitting bid in future.3.
