Wire Material<br />

The following wire materials with a yield strength of max. 700 N/mm 2 can be processed through<br />

our mesh welding plants:<br />

• Cold rolled or drawn bright wire.<br />

• Cold rolled flat bar for longitudinal bars.<br />

• Cold drawn, galvanized wire.<br />

• Cold drawn wire with a copper layer.<br />

• Cold drawn, stainless steel wire.<br />

<strong>System</strong> <strong>MG</strong> <strong>900</strong><br />

The adaptable system for the successful production<br />

of all kinds of quality mesh. Low investment costs,<br />

easy operation <strong>and</strong> maintenance, short change over<br />

times <strong>and</strong> a high production capacity are the key factors<br />

for an economical production of small batches<br />

but also of larger quantities. The plant is applicable in<br />

a flexible way <strong>and</strong> allows an optimal adaptation to the<br />

needs of the market. A large variety of optional items<br />

allows the expansion of the plant <strong>and</strong> consequently<br />

the adaptation to the changing market requirements.<br />

Various machine widths can be chosen by the customer.<br />

<strong>System</strong> <strong>MG</strong> <strong>930</strong><br />

In many markets today, shortest reaction times to<br />

customer's inquiries are of essential importance.<br />

The economical production of quality mesh panels in<br />

smallest quantities requires a welding plant which<br />

can be set for the next order within a shortest possible<br />

time <strong>and</strong> with a minimum of mechanical adjustments.<br />

The <strong>System</strong> <strong>MG</strong> <strong>930</strong> offers new possibilities<br />

to reach this goal. Time consuming change over<br />

works are eliminated by the use of units with motorized<br />

positioning systems, which can be programmed<br />

through the process lead system. Other elements are partially equipped with central adjustment facilities<br />

<strong>and</strong> can be adapted to the new production program within shortest time.

<strong>System</strong> <strong>MG</strong> <strong>900</strong>. Easy to operate, flexible welding plants for the economical production of industrial wire<br />

mesh <strong>and</strong> wire products. Line- <strong>and</strong> cross wires straightened <strong>and</strong> cut to length. Line wire feeding depends on<br />

your requirementsmanual, semi automatic or fully automatic systems.<br />

For larger batch sizes an automatic line wire- <strong>and</strong> / or cross wire feeding, directly from spool or coil with<br />

integrated, rotative straightening <strong>and</strong> cutting units, <strong>System</strong> Syrocut can be installed.<br />

With the plant having pneumatic line wire advance units (crank drive), the line wires also can be drawn from<br />

lighter coils. In this case the mesh will be cut to length by a line wire guillotine, located behind the welding<br />
