SECTION 121Western Lands and Communities (WLC) – A Joint Venture of the Lincoln Instituteof Land Policy and the Sonoran Institute, WLC provides western communities withbackground research, best practices, and partnerships to foster conservationplanning. In the Conservation Priority Setting Program in Morongo Basin, CA, WLCis developing planning tools to meet conservation goals set forth by communitymembers.
