Congratulations to Pauline Bangle<br />

who is retiring after 13 dedicated<br />

years at <strong>Sacred</strong> <strong>Heart</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong>.<br />

Pauline began her service in<br />

Development and then became an<br />

Administrative Assistant in Patient<br />

Services, specializing in Press<br />

Ganey and Patient Satisfaction.<br />

With stellar customer service<br />

skills and a pleasant and upbeat<br />

attitude, Pauline has been a strong<br />

asset to her team. She has been a<br />

leader and mentor in the R.I.S.E.N.<br />

program, demonstrating her deep<br />

commitment to the hospital’s<br />

mission and core values. Her many<br />

contributions and her joyous spirit<br />

will be missed at <strong>Sacred</strong> <strong>Heart</strong>.<br />

In retirement, Pauline will fulfill a<br />

lifelong dream of serving as a lay<br />

minister. With great appreciation<br />

and gratitude, Pauline, we wish you<br />

many blessings in the future.<br />

Behavioral Health Scrub Sale a<br />

Huge Success<br />

<strong>Sacred</strong> <strong>Heart</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong> and the<br />

Behavioral Health Center would like to<br />

thank everyone who helped support this<br />

year’s Behavioral Health Scrub Sale held<br />

October 24-25 in Bishop Hall. More than<br />

$650 was raised to help support the<br />

mission of the St. Francis Food Pantry.<br />

Congratulations to Sandra Olson,<br />

who has retired after providing 34<br />

years of loyal service to <strong>Sacred</strong><br />

<strong>Heart</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong>. Sandy’s dedication<br />

was always evident in her pleasant<br />

interactions with her peers and<br />

customers in Admitting. As a<br />

Registration Representative, she<br />

served our patients with accuracy<br />

and great attention to detail.<br />

Sandy has been a real asset to her<br />

team and will be missed by many,<br />

including her daughter Wendy<br />

who also works at <strong>Sacred</strong> <strong>Heart</strong>.<br />

Sandy, best wishes as you begin<br />

your retirement. With great<br />

appreciation and gratitude, we<br />
