will be distributing
turkeys from 7 - 8
am, 2 - 5 pm, and
10 pm - midnight.
Colleagues must
present their
coupon to redeem
for a turkey. May

Mandatory Sessions Begin Nov. 8
All Sacred Heart colleagues are reminded to
attend one of the below mandatory sessions for
the roll out of the hospital’s newly revised Service
Standards.
• Nov. 8, 11, 15, 22 7:15 - 8:15 am
• Nov. 8, 11, 15, 22, 28 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Nov. 8, 10, 29 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Colleague Enrolment for the 2012 Flex Plan Ending Nov. 15
Open enrollment for Flex Plan 2012 began on November 1 and will continue
through November 15. This year, HSHS and Tri-Star Benefits System will be
enhancing the enrollment process for those colleagues who waive medical
coverage by having a paperless process to verify that you have alternate
health care coverage
If you elect to waive medical coverage you must provide alternate insurance
information. This can be done in one of two ways:
Go to ezenroll.com, select the hyperlink under medical coverage and enter
the name of your alternate health insurance coverage and the policy and/or
group number.
Complete the “Proof of Alternate Insurance Coverage” form enclosed in your
Flex Plan packet and return it to People Services.
Any colleague who waives medical coverage and does not supply their
alternate insurance information by December will automatically be enrolled
into the Basic Single option until a completed “Proof of Alternate Insurance
coverage” form is received in People Services. If you have any questions,
please contact People Services at 715-717-4246.

of the Sun,” by St. Francis, which praises god for all creation.
